2012 AFC Championship

22 January 2012. Former Patriot Quarterback and honorary captain, Drew Bledsoe, holds the Lamar Hunt Trophy for all to see. The New England Patriots defeated the Baltimore Ravens 23 to 20 in the AFC Championship game. The game was played in Gillette Stadium, Foxboro, Massachusetts.
